Youth-led mental health advocacy
Support shouldn't be a privilege.
We are a youth-led organisation working in mental health advocacy. We don't provide therapy. We help people reach the people who do — and where something concrete stands in the way, we try to remove it.
Where we stand
Money decides who gets better. That is the whole problem.
Three figures, before anything we say about ourselves. They are not ours — they belong to the people who counted.

Who we are
We exist for the people the system tends not to see.
We are a youth-led organisation, working online and internationally. We were started by someone who saw, at home, what happens when the support isn't there.
People with means find a professional in a week. People without join a waiting list, or don't join anything at all. People who don't know where to start stay where they are, and get worse in the meantime.
That isn't bad luck. It's an injustice, and it's the one we work on.
How we work
Three things, done properly.
We would rather do three things well than list twelve we can't deliver.
OneConnect
We put people in front of the clinicians and peer networks that can actually help them. Where cost is the thing standing in the way, we fund the care instead of explaining why we can't.

TwoBuild the movement
We work alongside partner organisations and front-line groups, and equip young fellows to lead campaigns, peer-support training and policy work under their own names.
How this works →
ThreeStay
We stand with people through a crisis and past it — through the stretch after the programme ends and the calls stop, which is usually where support quietly disappears.

Who we work for
Four communities.
Not because no one else matters, but because a small organisation that tries to help everyone helps no one.
01Survivors of abuse
Where leaving is the dangerous part, and the support has to outlast the crisis.
02People in recovery
Recovery doesn't end when the programme ends. That's usually when the support stops.
03Leaving hospital with nowhere to go
Discharged on a Tuesday morning, with a diagnosis and no address.
04Families displaced by war
The war doesn't end at the border. Neither does what it did to people.
For clarity
What we do, and what we don't.
We do
- Help you find the right professional
- Connect people to peer support networks
- Fund care, where cost is what's blocking it
- Work with partner organisations and front-line groups
- Train and equip young fellows to lead the work
We don't
- Therapy
- Diagnosis
- Emergency intervention
- Public fundraising
- Anything that replaces a professional
We will never claim to replace professionals. Knowing where our work ends is part of our work.
Get involved
There's no membership. There are doors.
Follow the work, bring it into an organisation that needs it, or help lead it. None of these costs you anything, because we don't take money from the public.
